Professional Coffee Classes for the Masses!

Over the years that we have been open we have always wanted to create a coffee culture in Syracuse.  From the coffee farms in Central America, to the beans we roast in La Roasteria, to the espresso we pull in the cafe, we do our best to uplift the soul of the bean. "What is the soul of the bean?" you may ask...coffee classes for the soul of the bean

To us the soul of the bean is the idyllic representation, the most true representation of what the Creator intended coffee to be.  This cup imagined in the mind ought to the best it can possibly be.

At Cafe Kubal we are stewards of the coffee bean.  Kubal lets the bean be what it is truly destined to be. We do not block the path of the bean. It is our responsibility to unlock the bean's potential, but the way to do that is to do nothing wrong to the coffee.

In the coffee preparation process, we pay more attention to what we are not doing than to what we are doing.

All this being said, it is of utmost importance to first learn what to do before you can pay attention to what not to do  This is why we currently offer basic classes

We teach classes one on one or in a group setting with a maximum class size of five.There are plenty of opportunities for people to get all of their questions answered, get a ton of hands on practical learning, and enjoy all the inherent goodness of coffee.
